Many people fight for technology to disappear, and many people fight for technology to continue to develop.

Neither one nor the other should be PUBLICLY ADVERTISED, because it creates negative difficulties for people in life (fear, psychosis).

Technology is a thing that changes by itself with population changes, not as most people think with time. That is, most people think that technology will be more developed in 2100 compared to 2024. And the truth is that technology will be more developed if the population continues to increase.

Some people live better and more beautifully without electricity, they are heated by fireplaces using wood, they enjoy more in nature, etc.. And for others, it is better when the technology is more developed, it suits them better. Therefore it is not good publicly advertise and fight for the development of technology, and it is not good to advertise and fight against technology.

The fight for and against technology should be a private matter for each individual

ridiculous. the ethical implications of technology are a matter of public policy.

naturally it is natural to be uneasy about machines deciding if i am wortky of life or not, but, why program asimov'e laws or other constraints on their logical decisions.

I read a story once (in Reader's Digest I think) about an Alaskan native who, after installing an oil burning heater in his home, went back to heating with wood. He missed going into the forest, cutting and splitting the wood, and the smell of it burning. He also didn't like the leisure the oil burner created. He needed to be busy.
