The Gay Mafia

What do you mean by that?

My sister is gay.

I don' t have a phobia, I just have a problem with people that make a living ruining other people's lives.

If you're not a homophobe, then I apologize, However, given you called out the "Gay Mafia" in your OP, perhaps you (and Maher) could come up with a better word?

Screw Eich. This isn't about him. He made a decision by exercizing a cause (one that now enjoys the approval of the a majority of Americans) and is now living by it.

Comparing those demanding equal rights in the workplace, housing market, and yes - in the church - with "an organized international body of criminals...having a complex and ruthless behavioral code" is a bit insulting; wouldn't you say? How does your sister feel about it?

Look...every group demanding equal rights as others has historically spoken loudly - who'll listen otherwise? From blacks to women to the poor to the uneducated. Social change comes about with knowledge, not silence.

I didn't come up with the name, and maybe if they stopped trying to hose people that don't agree with them they wouldn't have such a bad reputation.

For now the name fits....

The guy gave $1000 to prop 8.

That was 6 years ago.

Imagine if they start to go door to door to ask individual voters how they voted? If the answer is "none of your business" they'll assume it was pro-prop 8 and vandalize their property or persecute them at work. After all, a 7 million majority enacted the legal and binding Prop 8, still on the books today as the law of the land in California; upheld this Summer by Windsor..

When a cult gets out of control, it's time for the FBI and covert ops to step in and put a stop to it. This definitely qualifies.

Good Lord man. Don't give them any ideas.

Howey throws around the "homophobe" label like it's going out of style and then gets his assless chaps in a twist over the term gay mafia.

That's some funny ass shit right there.

I'd settle for the media ending their support for them.

That's where their power comes from......

Votes are secret, campaign contributions are not. You can hide a hateful vote, but not hateful contributions.

Thats pretty funny after you offered to PM me and describe what you do to each other----------sorry, but I am not interested.

No Fishy, I offered to answer your questions...maybe. What I do in bed with my partner would not have been one I would have answered. I will tell you that there are no dildos involved as they are not needed. God gave us everything we need to satisfy each other.

another contradiction. you say you aren't going to talk about it and then you do. :cuckoo:

as edge said, we don't care, we are not interested. maybe you can find a gay forum to post on, you are of no value on this one.

I didn't mention what I do, just what I do not do.

Fishy, deny all you want but there's plenty of evidence of your obsession. YOU bring up sex in every thread I post in, regardless of topic. Get some porn!!!

And you clearly cannot hide your hateful ideology.

Oh? Which "hateful ideology" would that be?

Votes are secret, campaign contributions are not. You can hide a hateful vote, but not hateful contributions.

You have to redefine what is hateful for that to be true.

Having strong morals isn't hateful. Firing someone over their sexual-orientation is hateful.

Trying to preserve marriage as a sacred institution isn't hateful. Trying to destroy anyone who opposes your values is hateful.

The one in which individuals should be subjected to Thought Police Inquisitions for daring to exercise their 1st Amendment rights in a fashion contrary to the Leftwing agenda.

No, I don't. Prop 8 was hateful. It's only purpose was animus towards gays and lesbians...which is why it was struck down.

Actually, there is no "thought police." The Founders fully embraced the Elizabethian Compromise, under which one is free to think and even worship a god of choice, but one must acquiesce to civil authority in the actions one takes.

It is interesting, though, that Goldwater's opposition in principle to laws requiring no discrimination in public accomodations arises once again. But, discrimination is an action, not a thought.

The gay mafia can show up anyplace. "This is a nice little business you have here. It would be a shame if something happened to it" or "You like your job, play ball with us or we'll see that you don't have it anymore"

That's a protection racket.

But the Curtain(s) Squad is Fabulous.

But the cement shoes would be fabulously fashionable.
