The big worry for the NSA is the threat that NSA hackers who write the exploits to hack the computers, exploits that were used in a worldwide ransomeware attack last week, might be outed.
This means the NSA hackers could face charges when they travel abroad.
The Horror. The unthinkable outrage.
Of course. The United States regularly targets hackers and names them. But we have a big military and might makes right.
