Yes....this is another tactic of anti gunners.......they pass laws knowing full well the consequences of the law will effect law abiding gun owners more than they ever do actual criminals....they then say....ooooops! Well Golly, that seems to be an unintended consequence of our law........
And, of course, that was the entire intent of the law......
Universal Background Checks are meant to lead to gun registration...since you can't do universal background checks if you don't know who owned the gun when the law was passed......
And the intended, unintended consequence......making it harder to conduct legal gun use for law abiding citizens.....

The intended consequence is less....not more, gun safety...the anti gunners need dead people...they need them to drag in front of cameras......
