There is a big difference between criminal activity to alter the vote and what actually happened which was not using the legislative process to change procedures to accommodate public safety during a pandemic. The courts did not rule that the election was stolen or that there was any criminal activity. It was a process issue. Stop spreading lies

Wrong, the illegal acts were not criminal and were procedural. The votes were still legit. The court never ruled otherwise. The point of the court case would be to amend the voting procedures legislatively so that if there is a public health crisis or emergency situation in the future voting accommodations can be made via a defined process.

That case has yet to be heard by the PA Supreme Court. Furthermore, no court ruling on procedural changes will invalidate a single ballot in any state.

I get all of it. They didn’t say the votes were illegal. They didn’t say the election was stolen or invalid. The votes were still certified by the state and the election proceeded according to the constitution.

The procedure and process had issues and that’s what the court case was about. Nowhere in the law or in the court cases was it deemed that the illegal procedures in question invalidated votes.

Courts allowed the counting in manners never previously considered BECAUSE.... Drum roll.....

The Citizen's constitutional right to vote, and their vote be counted was considered in the Courts, above all else.

actually in Bush v Gore the Court ruled the dems were attempting to violate the equal protection rights of citizens because they were attempting to court the votes in one dems area different then everywhere else
