The Mystery of Flynn’s Guilty Plea: Pleading guilty to a crime FBI agents say he didn't commit

Flynn plead guilty as part of a plea deal. Generally, in return for more serious charges being dismissed you agree to plea to a lesser charge

Like instead of speeding, you plead guilty to not wearing a seat belt. Even if you were actually wearing one

Flynn was not wearing a seat-belt and even Trump, who can't stop talking about how Flynn wasn't treated right, has publicly admitted as much.

Can we at some point come to terms with this basic fact?
After defending what an honorable person Flynn is, Trump will throw him under the bus as soon as his testimony is released

Trump treats his hos with more respect.
He married enough of them

Melania is trying. It's not gig she volunteered for.

From the Whore House to the White House

Except Flynn pleaded guilty to lying about the crimes he committed. Think of it like if OJ was interviewed by the FBI about the double homicide in Brentwood, and OJ told them he had nothing to do with them.

So they get him to plea guilty to lying when he said he didn't murder them. Which is actually an admission of his committing murder.

Flynn committed no crime by talking to the Russian Ambassador during the transition. The agents that interviewed him believed him to be truthful.

Flynn negotiated with Russians on their response to Obama's sanctions, very likely violating Logan's Act that forbids civilians such negotiations with adversarial governments. No one has been charged under that law in long while, but the exposure was there for BOTH Flynn and Trump who had to have approved this outreach.

That's why Flynn took the risk and lied to FBI, saying in his interview that he did not discuss sanctions in his conversation with Kislyak.

He wasn't a civilian. Logan's act does not apply. And he was only charged with lying. BUT in testimony Comey had said that the agents who interviewed him said they felt Flynn was truthful.

So what did Mueller threaten him with to get him to cop a plea? That's the burning question here.

Russia and Turkey and the money he got from both. It's not much of a question for normal people.

The one and only answer to this is Flynn was squeezed to plead guilty to stop dirty cop Mueller draining Flynn financially and destroying everything Flynn had built up over all the years he had honorably served his country.

Mueller and his team are disgusting swine to ruin good mens' lives all over a political agenda to tear down this President and his administration.

Piss on the lot of them.

One of the stranger moments of Robert Mueller’s special counsel probe is Michael Flynn’s Dec. 1, 2017 guilty plea for lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The former White House national security adviser pleaded guilty to a single count of making false statements, even though then FBI director James Comey had told Congress in March that the two FBI agents who interviewed Mr. Flynn believed he hadn’t lied.

But they had recordings proving that he did lie.

What exactly did Comey say, under oath?

I have a feeling you don't know the answer to that question.

Well, between Russia and Turkey Flynn took in somewhere around a million in fees, and he failed to separate his work as a govt employee and an indep lobbyist, and there's an unsettling meeting about what he agreed to help Turkey do IN the US. Added onto the non-disclosure are possible tax issues. Both of those customarily go away with amended filings and tax payments .... but that involves money plus attny fees. Which Flynn apparently didn't have. No bo-ho's since he landed himself where he was, and it wasn't his Trump connection that got him
in the shit.

Rather, the Trump connection appears to have gotten him out. He pleads to lying, pays a fine, pays his lawyer, keeps his pension of 100Kplus and his original house. And tells Mueller everything he knows about Trump and the Ruskies.

Mueller has evidence to the contrary

Flynn got hit because he was part of a transition team. He made calls and received calls from the Russian Ambassador asking the Russians not to escalate the matter with the new sanctions. He did this as part of the Transition Team........

Later when questioned he denied doing so.............Which is what they got him on. And on UN resolutions on Israel.........

He admitted later that he did........

https://www.justice.gov/file/1015126/download

His actions prompted Russia not to retaliate..............which was not what they got him on..........they got him on testimony where he denied it and it got him fragged.

He didn't learn the catch all phrase...........I don't recollect that sir..........that so many used when questioned......

Flynn copped a plea deal. All that is forgiven

He must have offered up something more damning......I wonder who it is about?
