The Propaganda Trash that Forum Outcasts wanted you to swallow . Which many of you did.

The above doesn't constitute a "right" according to International law - at all. And UN resolutions are NOT binding.

The primary charter of the UN is - "the right of self-determination of people" - that already live in a common to all, specific territory.
As such Taiwan is an inherent failure by the UN just as well (same timeline as Israel) - again thanks to the USA.

The only ones legible to invoke and vote onto "the right of self-determination" where those already living "legally" in the British mandated territory of Palestine.

Factually when Britain was given the Mandate in 1921 by the UN (respectively it's forerunner). This would apply to around 30-40,000 thousand Jews and around 1,500,000 Palestinians and Arabs. Logically the territory "intended" for Jews would only have encompassed less then 3% of British Mandated Palestine. Which at the time included Jordan. !!! Though there was never a vote given to any people - the British single-handedly gave Trans-Jordan to the allied Hashemite tribal clan in 1923, as being a partial independent territory and being recognized as fully independent in 1946.

However the Palestinians, were never asked nor even invited in 1921 to such talks. Only the European Jews were promised a homeland by the British, already in 1917 (Even before the latter was even nominated as the Mandate power), - and not by the UN.

Illegal immigrants have no voting rights in such a "self-determination" - and it was the British that had restricted the Jewish immigrant numbers from 1939 onward. Therefore in 1948 only around 300,000 Jews and around a million Palestinian-Arabs were legal to vote. and again the Palestinian-Arabs were not seen as a separate group - as such only existing Arab Nations and Egypt were invited to these talks. A flagrant violation towards the UN charter.

And it is known that the Arab States and Egypt "rejected" the UN Partition Plan of 1947 - and again UN resolutions are NOT binding.

Fact however was that around 800,000 Jews had populated the territory by 1948 - in opposition to around a million Palestinians. The Jews had thousands of battle proven veterans in their ranks - and the Palestinians had no military experience whatsoever and also no arms (British sanctions onto Palestinians) - leave aside some rifles owned foremost by Palestinian-Bedouins.

Ben Gurion and his Zionist followers were fully aware that UN Resolutions are not binding - and that the Palestinians, the Arabs and the Egyptians would reject "rightfully" the UN Partition Plan of 1947 that had "allocated" around 55% of the remaining British Mandate to the Jews - of which around 70% were illegal immigrants. Furthermore he was fully aware that these around 800,000 Jews had no other country to go to.

As such he decided to got to war, committing atrocities against Palestinians that would further the Zionist attempt to "encourage" them to flee, and declared an independent Israel based onto 70% of the former leftover British mandate. The rest should be known history.

In 1949 the UN recognized the State of Israel - again without adhering to the UN charter, simply ignoring the Palestinian right towards a Sovereign State, but sanctimonious, "acknowledging" the Palestinian right towards self-determination, whilst allowing Jordan to occupy the West-Bank. Israel then kicked off two wars in 1956 and 1967 to further their territory - since it was from day one the Zionist goal to occupy and gain the entire former left-over British mandate soley for themselves, plus some extras such as the Golan heights.

As such the Palestinians have "rightfully" expressed their 'RIGHT" towards an own sovereign country since 1948 - being ignored by everyone, a Mr. Arafat decided to form the PLO, and to use low scale guerrilla tactics against Israel. (even tried to topple the Hashemite). Realizing that the PLO would be no match against Israels military - groups such as Black September were founded to "export" terrorist activities beyond Palestine.

Israel always being fully aware of their military capabilities never wasted any thoughts towards finding an agreement with the Palestinians - but further developed it's illegal settlement policy - harassing and killing Palestinians in their tens of thousands. Whining and bitching everytime about the PLO having killed two Israelis at a busstop. But never gave a shit about thousands of European, Americans and others, murdered by Muslim fanatics due to their Zionist policy.

Only due to the rise and clear danger posed by Iran - especially after Iran having beaten off Iraqs attack (the latter supported by the USA and other EU countries) and Iraq's military demise, did a moderate Israeli - Yitzhak Rabin, seriously try to find a peaceful settlement with the PLO - before things materialized, he "logically" was assassinated by a radical Zionist Jew in 1995.

Rabin was murdered on November 4, 1995, by Yigal Amir, an extremist Jew, who was opposed to the Oslo Accords and the handing over of control of parts of the West Bank to the Palestinians as a part of a landmark peace agreement.
In the weeks before the assassination, Netanyahu, then head of the opposition, and other senior Likud members attended a right-wing political rally in Jerusalem where protesters branded Rabin a “traitor,” “murderer,” and “Nazi” for signing a peace agreement with the Palestinians earlier that year.
Labor party chief Merav Michaeli on Thursday accused opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu of being complicit in the assassination of former prime minister Yitzhak Rabin.

The then continued Zionist policy, eventually resulted into the demise of the PLO and the rise of a group called Hamas. Whilst Israels attack onto Lebanon in 1982 had already resulted into the founding of Hezbollah. The US screw-up resulted in Osama bin Laden, a new Taliban, ISIS and IS exporting their terrorism into the world. And what is all binding these Islamic nutcases is the common hatred expressed towards Israel (due to the Zionist policy) thus making ample misuse of the Palestinian issue - and also targeting those countries supporting that Zionist policy.

And today I find myself confronted with history morons - that "idiotically" and "ignorantly" blame Hamas for supposedly having casued Zionist policy. That these Hamas morons simply retaliated towards the death of approx. 30,000 Palestinians and stolen land since 1948, aka the Zionist policy - Using the same means - aka military force - just as Israel, completely evades these retards, who even attempt to justify the Zionist policy as a "God given right" and call for the killing of Muslims, and bath themselves in spun tales of Hamas having roasted babies, etc.

That a self-declared Nazi like you who publicly states his support towards ethnic cleansing and the dogma of a racial superiority - will come up with any crap to support your mental brethren the Zionists, and their related Forum Outcasts here on USMB, is understood.
All this bullshit writing that nobody bothers to read. WOW. You are a useless bum with a lot of time on your hands.

There is not a single recognized international body that ever gave the land to the fake Palestinians, nor was there ever an entity in control of the land, including the Ottomans for 600 years, that ever gave the Land to the so called faux Palestinians.

“Why is it that on June 4th 1967 I was a Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian?”
“We did not particularly mind Jordanian rule. The teaching of the destruction of Israel was a definite part of the curriculum, but we considered ourselves Jordanian until the Jews returned to Jerusalem. Then all of the sudden we were Palestinians - they removed the star from the Jordanian flag and all at once we had a Palestinian flag”.
“When I finally realized the lies and myths I was taught, it is my duty as a righteous person to speak out”.

-Walid Shoebat, former PLO terrorist that acknowledged the lie he was fighting for and the truth he was fighting against.

The primary charter of the UN is - "the right of self-determination of people"
This is correct.
- that already live in a common to all, specific territory.
This is not. In the age of dismantling empires, self-determination quite often meant establishing separate territories for separate peoples desiring self-determination. The entire point was that there is no "common to all", but separate, distinct desire (and right) to self-determination.
The only ones legible to invoke and vote onto "the right of self-determination" where those already living "legally" in the British mandated territory of Palestine.
Which included the collective Jewish people.
Though there was never a vote given to any people - the British single-handedly gave Trans-Jordan to the allied Hashemite tribal clan in 1923, as being a partial independent territory and being recognized as fully independent in 1946.
And yet, you don't argue against the existence of Jordan as a State, nor its right to a State.

The only ones legible to invoke and vote onto "the right of self-determination" where those already living "legally" in the British mandated territory of Palestine.
Says you.

Surah V:20 And (remember) when Moses said unto his people: O my people! Remember Allah’s favoour unto you, how he placed among you Prophets, and He made you kings, and gave you that (which) He gave not to any (other) creatures. O my people! Go into the holy land which Allah hath ordained for you. Turn not in flight, for surely ye turn back as losers.

Surah XVII:104 And we said unto the Children of Israel after him: Dwell in the land, but when the promise of the Hereafter cometh to pass, we shall bring you as a crowd gathered out of various nations.

This is what the Bible has to say about the right of the Jews to the land of Israel:

Genesis 12:6-7 And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite was then in the land. And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him.

Genesis 13:14-15 And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

"Jewish Genius," By Charles Murray, from Commentary, April, 2007

As soon as Jewish children born under legal emancipation had time to grow to adulthood, they started appearing in the first ranks of the arts and sciences. During the four decades from 1830 to 1870, when the first Jews to live under emancipation reached their forties, 16 significant Jewish figures appear. In the next four decades, from 1870 to 1910, the number jumps to 40. During the next four decades, 1910–1950, despite the contemporaneous devastation of European Jewry, the number of significant figures almost triples, to 114.

To get a sense of the density of accomplishment these numbers represent, I will focus on 1870 onward, after legal emancipation had been achieved throughout Central and Western Europe. How does the actual number of significant figures compare to what would be expected given the Jewish proportion of the European and North American population? From 1870 to 1950, Jewish representation in literature was four times the number one would expect. In music, five times. In the visual arts, five times. In biology, eight times. In chemistry, six times. In physics, nine times. In mathematics, twelve times. In philosophy, fourteen times.

-------------

Israel, plus the land Israel legitimately conquered during its wonderful victory in 1967, are less than one percent of Arab land. The Jews deserve it by the will of God, the decrees of Mars, and because they are the most accomplished 0.2% of the world's population.

Hitler was wrong about the Jews, but he made good points. The following passage from Mein Kampf, Volume I, Chapter XI, "Nation and Race," could be used to describe the difference between the Palestinians and the Jews, "What leads one people to starvation trains the other for hard work."

Just take a look onto e.g. google - when searching for an Israel related topic - 90%+ of the articles are brought in by Jewish media and organizations. Thus 90% = Israel good, nothing ever done wrong and Muslims are simply bad. It's "fascinating" to realize the Jewish grip onto the international media.
The Jews have prominence far in excess of their number because of their high IQ averages. :yes_text12:

There is nothing behind all that blather but resentment, anger, and hatred for the most accomplished 0.2% group of people on earth.

When the Palestinians possessed the land it was a third word backwater. Look at it now.

How is it that you’re so fucking sure that none of it happened?
(1) Except for one naughty word, many people no doubt have the same question.

(2) Are there lies on both sides? Sure.

(3) Are they all lies? Probably not.

Just heard a -- conservative -- radio talk show host describe an alleged attack on an Israeli woman. (I do not think I am allowed to repeat the details here.) To think that one human being could -- allegedly -- do that to another human being!!!)

The Jews have prominence far in excess of their number because of their high IQ averages.
Research supports that but the difference is not great versus other ethnic groups, let alone the next group , broadly Asians .
More productive is research into social factors that might have brought about the result .
Some argue that the position that they adopted of superiority, ----- due to them stupidly believing that they were the chosen race , led to their very own problems .
Namely , the need to form ghettos and then best coping situations for self preservation and then success.
They became the very architects of their own unpopularity and then the fear they instilled into so many others .
Next , add in the Khazarian factor , and you have the certain recipe for future disaster .Which we may very well be beginning to see right now .

That is only your wishful thinking - the UN "self-determination" was and still is entirely meant for "indigenous" and ethnic groups that live "rightfully" and where "born" in a known and acknowledged historic homeland, but are under the "Rule" of other/foreign ethnicity at the time of invoking the "right towards self determination". E.g. the Dayaks on Taiwan, or any other ethnic group "rightfully" BORN on Taiwan.

Therefore this "right" would only have applied towards those Jews that had been "rightfully" living and born at the time in British Mandated Palestine, aka some 30 thousand in 1921 - Even those around 300,000 "legalized" Jews by the Brits in 1948 couldn't claim that "right", since none of them was born in Palestine, not even their parents, nor their grandparents.

Just as the e.g. Crimea-Tartars living and born on Crimea can claim the Crimea. But they can't claim a part of Mongolia since they are not living there presently nor have they been born there, and neither would anyone bother about such a ridiculous claim, backdating some 2400 years+.

Therefore the "rightful" creation of e.g. Poland or Finland in 1919 - local historic ethnicity, factually living and born in a historic territory, that was ruled by a foreign ethnicity at the time.

There is e.g. no Roma-land or Sinti-land, because both ethnicities can't document an acknowledged/historic homeland, were they have been born.
Which included the collective Jewish people.
No - see above. E.g. those European "Ashkenazim" Jews - had never lived nor where they born in Palestine - just because a certain Roma group - living and born in Europe e.g. Romania, for the past 1500 years, can trace their roots back to India some 3000 years ago - does not imply a right towards self-determination in today's India.
And yet, you don't argue against the existence of Jordan as a State, nor its right to a State.
Jordan has been acknowledged by the UN - and the Hashemite are a local Bedouin ethnicity - having lived and been born at the time in their ancestral homeland. There where no hundreds of thousands of Hashemites that came "illegally" from Europe or elsewhere claiming Trans-Jordan for themselves and displacing other Bedouins.

Your example is totally besides the point.

Great post . Not that the Frilly Trilly Trolls will read , let alone follow .
It underscores my point that over 98% of Ashkenazi Jews have not a drop of Semite DNA .

They came from here , there and everywhere , But not Palestine

The Chosen People, book review by Byron M. Roth

Richard Lynn, The Chosen People: A Study of Jewish Intelligence and Achievement, Washington Summit Publishers, 2011, 408 pp.

The Chosen People: A study of Jewish Intelligence and Achievement is the most recent work of Richard Lynn dealing with group differences in IQ and their ramifications. As in all of his previous work over the past decade, he substantiates his arguments with huge quantities of empirical data. He advances his positions dispassionately and lets the facts speak for themselves, which they do in impressive, nearly irrefutable fashion. In his previous books he examined racial and ethnic differences in IQ for many groups. The Chosen People is a case study of one distinct group that has shown remarkably similar patterns of achievement in a wide variety of settings.

Professor Lynn begins by pointing out the extraordinary success of Jews in almost every field. In the 19th century the restrictions that had prevented most Jews from advanced nonreligious study began to be lifted in most of Western Europe, and by mid-century, “people began to observe that Jews were outstandingly successful, and began to speculate that this was attributable to their intellect.” (Unless otherwise noted, all quotations are from Professor Lynn.)

At that time the great bulk of Jews were still living in Eastern Europe, but owing to pogroms beginning around 1880, Jews began migrating to Western Europe and especially to the United States. They formed part of the massive immigration to the US in the period from 1880 to 1924.

Prof. Lynn writes:

They arrived as penniless refugees unable to speak the languages of their new countries; they were the “huddled masses” from the most backward region of Europe. Yet by the middle decades of the 20th century, the children and grandchildren of these immigrants were doing far better than their Gentile hosts on all indices of socioeconomic status and earnings and outperforming them by several orders of magnitude in obtaining elite academic distinction . . . .
The development of IQ tests confirmed the impression that Jews were unusually intelligent, and Professor Lynn’s extensive review of the literature indicates that Jews in the US have an average IQ of 110 compared to 100 for other Europeans. This would help account for their outstanding performance in a variety of fields. Though Jews are only about 0.2 percent of the world population, half the world’s chess grandmasters, for example, and 16 percent of Nobel Prize winners for science have been Jews. For Professor Lynn, the purpose of his book “is to document and explain such achievements.”

He is constantly basing his claim onto Ashkenazim Jews - who are a minority within the various Jewish ethnic groups. E.g. there is no evidence whatsoever that some eastern Jews from e.g. Slovakia or Bulgaria would have an higher IQ on average then those other people living around them.
As for Ashkenazim Jews - they are a minor group of people - in numbers totally irrelevant to their own Jewish brethren and especially in regards to the local population of the respective European countries they live/lived in. Due to their own self-imposed seclusion and in parts forced upon seclusion, they managed to develop themselves into an elite society in a period of 1300 years in regards to education aka knowledge and business, in turn strongly funded throughout hundreds of years via their own business enterprises.

As such take e.g. Oxford/Cambridge/Eton/Salem graduates, who with their families would segregate themselves from their respective society and form an own elite society for 1200 years. Calling themselves Euronazim Europeans - it won't come as a surprise that these Euronazim's would posses a high IQ. Furthermore they where absolutely free and totally undisturbed to develop such an own elitist group for 1200 years, since they never represented a State nor country embroiled, thus not being targeted and destroyed in constant wars, by other nations or civil wars and revolutions.

E.g. those Euronazim members of Czarist Russia would have been able to simply continue their "elitist education" and business via simply sending their family-members to e.g. Germany or the USA - connecting with their known brethren elitists - whilst the other Russians would have not just been persecuted by the Bolsheviks - but their business, schools, destroyed, banned or simply "reformed" towards Communist Dogmas and curriculum's.

In turn this is what attracted the hatred or antisemitism towards an elitist group of people that more or less solely took it's advantage of other countries business and social infrastructure whilst running it's own secluded elitist education and business program globally - without factually contributing towards the individual country of residence. Whatever they discovered or invented or financed (foremost wars and revolutions) did never solely benefit a single country - but was used to make immediate global profits from all sides via their very own elitist circles embedded in more or less every country on the planet.

E.g. the American Revolutionary war - strongly financed by Askenazim Jews, whilst at the same time using their profits and connections via Askenazim Jews in Britain to gain influence. Same during e.g. the Napoleonic wars - making money with every side, and every other war in Europe for 1200 years, right down to the Crusades.

As such Askenazim Jews in overwhelming majority - leaving an Einstein, etc. aside are nothing else but Bankers beholding the same elitist principals and "morals" - aka a bank/banker does not posses a national identification or loyalty, and will do business with-whom and with-what ever, as long as a profit can be made.

So yes Askenazim Jews - undoubtedly an intelligent group of people, despised and even hated by everyone else on the planet.
As the saying goes - nothing is for free on this planet and everyone pays his price at the end.

The Ashkenazi Jews are hated by those, like Hitler, who cannot compete with them. I admire them because of their intelligence, their success, and their prosperity.

As intelligence becomes more important to our economy we will need more Jews to occupy well paying, highly satisfying careers at the top of our society.

He is constantly basing his claim onto Ashkenazim Jews - who are a minority within the various Jewish ethnic groups.

Ashkenazi Jews

Throughout the centuries, Ashkenazim made significant contributions to Europe's philosophy, scholarship, literature, art, music, and science....

Genetic studies indicate that Ashkenazim have both Levantine and European (mainly southern European) ancestry. These studies draw diverging conclusions about the degree and sources of European admixture, with some focusing on the European genetic origin in Ashkenazi maternal lineages, contrasting with the predominantly Middle Eastern genetic origin in paternal lineages...

Like other Jewish ethnic groups, the Ashkenazi originate from the Israelites[56][57][58] and Hebrews[59][60] of historical Israel and Judah. Ashkenazi Jews share a significant amount of ancestry with other Jewish populations and derive their ancestry mostly from populations in the Middle East...

Following the Holocaust, some sources place Ashkenazim today as making up approximately 83%–85% of Jews worldwide,[128][129][130][131] while Sergio DellaPergola in a rough calculation of Sephardic and Mizrahi Jews, implies that Ashkenazi make up a notably lower figure, less than 74%.[35] Other estimates place Ashkenazi Jews as making up about 75% of Jews worldwide

I love to watch Jews move up, move in, take over. Jew haters have spenr their lives watching Jews get better grades, better jobs, and better incomes. Now they fear being fired and replaced with more intelligent Jews who will perform their jobs faster, better, and with less effort than they did.
