None of that is a felony. he may be guilty of a misdemeanor. Here is an expert opinion that Bragg has no case.

I don't know that he is guilty. I'm pretty sure he had an affair with a porn star and paid her off, but he is being charged with a felony that is difficult to prove.

That is why we have judges and juries, they will see the evidence (like the grand jury did) and make the call. Never trust hyperpartisan idiots on message boards, be they from the right or the left.
