years back, whenever Congress got bored someone would suggest, 'let's invade Canada!'. Nowadays that has changed to, 'let's investigate Hillary! Or any Democrat!'

I wonder if Republicans put grudge investigations in the budget. How much infrastructure or free college would the money we spend on grudge investigations cover?
