I'm old....I'm in the gym 5X per week, all year....I'm not talking about skipping on the elliptical - I push iron...so I can ski 12-15 days per season.

I run that race, chasing no one but myself.

It's a commitment, my lifestyle.

Compared to the struggle some face just wanting to be themselves, it ain't shit.

Other than your desperate need to feel like you're prevailing in a Fight for Survival, what do you get out of making their lives miserable?

I'm also a dad...G*d will be of little help to anyone f...ing with that kid.
