Those who disagree with Bundy, how about Yowell

Raymond Yowell is going through the same this as Bundy ( almost) he is 84 years old.

BLM has taken his cattle and are taking his Social Security Checks because of grazing fees.

Difference between him and Bundy his land is on an Indian Reservation.

BLM states they have the right to take his cattle and garnish his SS Check because he said they have no right to charge him grazing fees on an Indian Reservation, the BLM disagrees and says the land is being held in trust for Native Americans and they really don't own it.

Raymond Yowell says it is their land and he own the government who took so much from them nothing.

So Bundy haters, is he wrong too? Do you think BLM is overstepping here?

BLM sent Yowell a bill for copy80,000 for his part of the total $2.5 million in unpaid grazing fees and fines that the BLM said they were owed. When Yowell told them he was retired and his cattle were his only income, the BLM garnished 15 percent of his small social security check. He never received any money from the sale of his cattle.

I agree, they have gotten the shaft. Have you read about the Dann sisters? Same tribe. BLM ruined them- their horses were on and off the reservation, but they argued because they had never ( their tribe) signed any agreement with the US when they took the lands a century or more ago, BLM had no say over where they grazed their cattle.

Their deaf brother poured gasoline all over himself in an attempt to light himself on fire in protest went he BLM were grabbing all their horses. ( a ton died because BLM did not feed them were they corralled them)

The BLM is stealing this mans SS checks and cows.

So, other people are starting to get it. In the end, I keep hearing people speak as if the BLM has ownership of these lands and that they can be judge and jury over what is illicit use.

For those who disagree with Bundy for whatever reason, must see that this is not right. If the BLM is so blatantly overstepping here, what else are they doing?

The Dann sisters of the same tribe faced the same thing...their old deaf brother tried self immolation in protest as they were grabbing horses-- feds arrested him and instead of putting him in a hospital but him in federal prison with a 200,000 dollar bail.

Imposition of regulations is through the courts. Not a difficult concept. Police enforce the law, but they don't just start confiscating real property without a court order. This means that they issue citations and the person in question (who is innocent until proven otherwise) will show up in court.

The BLM has no authority to act independent of the courts.

I'd also like to know when all these agencies began supporting their own military's.
