So not only do the serfs in the UK allow themselves to be ruled by a birthright monarch they actually believe in a magic rock.

The so called "Stone of Destiny" is being shined up so Charlie Horeseface can sit his pampered arse on it and get crowned

Seems it is seen more as sacred than magical.

No it is not.

They are not even close to the same meaning.

Magical assumes some sort of power, sacred does not.

If they didn't think the rock had some sort of power they would not insist in sitting on it for a coronation.

It is called tradition.

Perhaps you have heard of it.

Does anyone think the Bible holds magical power and that is why it is used to swear in presidents? Or is it just tradition?

Yeah OK

"Stone of Destiny"

not magical at all

FYI there have been presidents who didn't swear on a bible.

Most civilized countries kicked out monarchies a hundred years ago. Chuckie better behave himself. Remember what happened to Charles #1?

The guy who has his first wife murdered so he could marry his one true love? ... ewww ... to think he's the head of the Church of England as well ...

He did give his little brother a good ass-whippin' I heard ... what news about that? ...

There was actually speculation that he might choose one of his middle names as his regal name, specifically because the first two Charleses were such shitballs.

His full name is Charles Philip Arthur George. Imagine the uproar if he had chosen one of those names specifically. Heh.
