Completely wrong. A high speed rifle round round (as from an AR-15) has higher muzzle enrgy than a .44 magnum round, and these weapons are more accurate at distance.BS.....A 44 magnum is much more powerful than an AR and is semi auto with a clip

The AR-15 rifle is a caliber .223. It's actually not much more powerful than a varmint gun. A .357magnum pistol/revolver packs more punch. A .44magnum pistol/revolver can actually penetrate an engine block. A .223cal. is unable to do that.
