I envy being able to live in Mexico- I would never drive to anywhere outside of any location, I don't think, but it is a beautiful country in places- and I LOVE me some mescan food!

That is the question.

You want a ceramic tint. Its more expensive, but WAAAYYY better. Not only does it block 90+% of UV rays, it also protects the interior from sun damage and keeps your car significantly cooler in the summer.

I recommend going 5% darker than the limit. Its too close for them to notice.
