Trump and Evangelical religion pro's and con's. Should Religion even be involved in the election?

I have. You know who's making the most progress in space flight?

Not a government.
First of all, without the government, SpaceX wouldn't exist. SpaceX relies heavily on the US government, NASA and many other resources that are government-supported. Moreover, do you know what China has been doing in the last few years in Space?

Government's just writing the checks. SpaceX employees are creating the new technology.

Have you seen what NASA's been doing lately? They've been fucking up, is what they're doing.

China is decades behind the US. They really don't deserve praise.

I'll think about it. It is tiring when i have to point out these things that you should already know if you're a serious democrat.

First off. Look at this. This is democrats talking to their own diehards. Compare to republican convention below it. Now just for the record. I'm not a repub but i do recognize the big difference between the two parties. Neither are great..but one is slightly better than the other. At least in terms of values.
Sorry but your link requires a subscription and I am not going to pay to read it.

NO U is not the devastating response you believe it is, kid.

oh...i don't blame you. I just use the two allowed and then i don't go there anymore. Abut you as a democrat....... i'm a little surprised.

try this?

note: i recently purchased a years subscription to hotair which includes townhall, redstate, twitchy may be another one or two included in that. Interesting the articles and what their sources are. I could drop the subsscription and start adding their sources to my favorites and i've got the same thing only without a paywall.

Just writing checks? You're fucking clueless. NASA’s been the backbone of space exploration for decades, providing the infrastructure, research, and tech advancements that SpaceX is now riding on. Hell, SpaceX’s reusable rocket tech? Thank NASA’s earlier work for that. Without the government’s money, expertise, and decades of research, SpaceX would be nothing.

But here's the kicker dingleberry, SpaceX is basically a glorified middleman. All this infrastructure we’re building through SpaceX? It’s ending up in the hands of one guy, Elon Musk (your god). And let’s be real, why should that be the case? You admitted that the employees at SpaceX are the brains behind the operation, not Musk. So why isn’t this publicly owned? Why can't the government hire those same brilliant engineers and scientists to work for the American people, not a billionaire? It certainly can.

A publicly owned SpaceX wouldn’t just be another cash cow for Musk, it would be a commonwealth for all Americans, owned by the United States, you know that country that supposedly you're a patriot of? Everything it builds would belong to us, the American people, not some dickhead who's already got more money than he knows what to do with. So yeah, let’s stop lining Musk’s pockets and start building something that benefits everyone.

Daveman scribbled:

Have you seen what NASA's been doing lately? They've been fucking up, is what they're doing.

You're definitely a retard. Have you actually been paying attention to NASA? Because saying "they’ve been fucking up" makes me think you’ve missed a few headlines. NASA just landed the Perseverance rover on Mars, successfully launched the James Webb Space Telescope (which, by the way, is redefining how we understand the universe), and is pushing forward with the Artemis mission to get humans back on the Moon. So, if that’s your idea of "fucking up," I’d love to know what you think success looks like. We don't need SpaceX, we landed astronauts on the moon without SpaceX in 1969 and several times after that, into the early 1970s. SpaceX didn't exist back then and Musk was born around 1970, so he was in diapers.

As far as your dumb comment about China, saying they're “decades behind”, you might want to update your info. China has built its own space station, Tiangong, landed a rover on the far side of the Moon (a world first, by the way), and successfully sent a rover to Mars. They’re closing the gap fast, with NASA, and if you’re brushing that off, you’re just not paying attention.

One more thing cheese dick, didn't you say earlier that the German "Nazis", more accurately, German National Socialists, were retards? Supposedly I'm a retard, because I'm a "Nazi", right? Without the Nazis, the Third Reich, and its Führe....

.....there would be no NASA or SpaceX.

The German Third Reich played a pivotal role in designing and building the first modern rockets, specifically through the development of the V-2 rocket during World War II. The V-2, also known as the Vergeltungswaffe 2 (Vengeance Weapon 2), was the world’s first long-range guided ballistic missile and a precursor to modern rocket technology.

Here’s some key context:

wernher-von-braun-gettyimages-476665137.jpg

Wernher Von Braun

Von Braun never denounced his "Nazi" past. Why would he? Practically everything that we've heard about the Nazis, from the victors of WWII is bullshit. The above video documentary is riddled with false, baseless accusations against the Third Reich.

  • Designed by Wernher von Braun and his team: The V-2 was developed by a team of German engineers and scientists, led by Wernher von Braun, at the Peenemünde Army Research Center. Von Braun would later become a leading figure in the U.S. space program, playing a major role in NASA's Apollo program.
  • Launched in 1944: The V-2 was first used by Nazi Germany in 1944 to attack Allied cities, including London and Antwerp. It was the first rocket to reach the edge of space (above 100 km altitude) and marked the beginning of modern rocketry.
  • Technological innovations: The V-2 was a liquid-fueled rocket, using ethanol and liquid oxygen, and was the first vehicle to combine guidance, control, and propulsion systems that would form the foundation for future rocket designs.
After World War II, both the U.S. and the Soviet Union seized German rocket technology and personnel. This is known as Operation Paperclip in the U.S., where scientists like Wernher von Braun were brought to America to work on what would eventually lead to the development of NASA’s space program and the Saturn V rocket that sent astronauts to the Moon.

In short, the rockets developed by Nazi Germany, particularly the V-2, are considered the foundation of modern rocketry, and much of the world’s post-war advancements in space exploration trace back to that technology.

Heck we wouldn't even have jet planes today if not for the "NAZIS". You're an idiot Dave.

Reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from one of my favorite series, Firefly :

Shepherd Book said:
A government is a body of people, usually, notably, ungoverned.

I do not do subscriptions. I am a stock market analyst and have Bloomberg TV to watch everyday. I get a huge amount of information that is tangible and real there. It is not political information but it certainly applies to the economy and the economy is political. In addition, Google has a lot of information that I can search for when I need it.

As far as your link to the Adam Dershowitz article, that does not tell me anything. It is one man's opinion and he is entitled to it but does not mean he is right.

For the record, it is MY JOB (since I trade my account and have a subscription service as well) to keep up with world affairs, with the economy, with data, statistics and facts as they determine my own economic status. I cannot be biased or opinionated as that means money out of my pocket.

I do political boards for enjoyment, especially since we are facing a lot of blind-by-choice people on both sides (though on the right side it is overwhelming) and I enjoy proving them wrong (or at least trying to do so) and mostly making fun of them (so easy to do).

As such, these blind-by-choice people can continue to do what they do, I soak it all up and dish it back out in a better way. .

Meaning that you do pay for subscriptions to articles?
So you make silly conclusions based on nothing? I said, “sucks, but that’s life.” I didn’t say I subscribe or not subscribe to anything, that had nothing to do with my statement, strange conclusion.

then why say "it sucks but that's life"? Nothing sucks if you do not need, want, or have any interest in it!!!!!

Silly conclusions? No, stupid remarks on your part

Fragile? You have no idea who I am. For those that know me, fragile is not a word they ever use.

This continues to show your inability to use your brain intelligently.
Believe what you need to believe, I certainly wouldn’t care if anyone subscribed to a website, but you do you. Interesting you can make assumptions and you are cool with it but if someone else does, then you can’t handle it and downgrade others.

I don’t need to know who you are, I don’t care, here you are fragile.
