This time, he's gone too far:

Friday 7/31/2010 - Washington (RSW). President Donald Trump signed an executive order with an unusual twist on Friday. He laid out his reasoning in a tweet: "I was reading a great article the other day about some guy who got three wishes, and for his last wish - he wished for MORE WISHES!!!. That's when it hit me - I can just sign an executive order giving me unlimited power to issue more executive orders. That's how smart I am. WINNING!"

Critics pointed out that exploiting executive orders like this can offend the Djinnis who grant them, and lead to unintended consequences. But Trump dismissed their concerns as "fake news". Prominent Republicans in Congress looked at their shoes.
