The indictment proves norhing.
You probably said the same of the Robert Mueller indictments. You obviously believe fairy stories.
Yet the indictment does speak volumes. And even has photographs and explains the timeline of events. That's correct. That's what the trial is for.
That wasnt the debate.Which he was supposed to return after the NARA asked for them back.
what I know is you’re not following the discussion and just was to spout off at the mouth. You do know that the Rapist and Traitor removed Classified Documents before he scuttled like rat out D.C. right?
Also, his to many to name trips while a one-term wonder to Shit-A-Lago, he took material with him, you did know that didn't you?
Or are dense enough to think that he did it in just one move.
By its nature an indictment doesn’t prove anything..
Not unless you read it
If He declassified them, He can possess them.A president can decide which non-classified or unclassified material is personal property versus presidential records... a president can also initiate the process to declassify classified materials ... but a former president cannot retain possession of classified documents. It's crazy to even think that they can.
Oh cultist of the trump Russian collusion cultThere it is. The CONspiracy catch all.
The loser hole.
Looks like there's more boxes than classified documents retrieved. Can you point out which boxes don't and what they have instead of classified material?
Nancy Pelosi got all Democrats to vote in unison. Donald Trump wasn't as strong as Nancy Pelosi? You don't know? It's Ken Starr.
Trump never had a Congress, there was a 1 R majority with about 10 RINOS in it.
You're a dishonest shitbird.
So he's still hiding documents?Looks like there's more boxes than classified documents retrieved.

“Amy Berman Jackson, the judge presiding on that case, said a couple of very important things,” said Farrell. “That the president had an absolute, unreviewable right to take any records or documents that he wants when he leaves office. “
“No one can come back and second guess or double think or ask questions about what the president elects to take with him,” Farrell continued.
In her ruling, Jackson wrote that “the President enjoys unconstrained authority to make decisions regarding the disposal of documents: ‘[a]lthough the President must notify the Archivist before disposing of records . . . neither the Archivist nor Congress has the authority to veto the President’s disposal decision.’”
Farrell points out that this ruling has existed without challenge or question for ten years.
