For the “stop the steal” folks, they admitted before the judge that they barely understood what was in their lawsuit and did almost zero investigation into the veracity of their claims.

No Judge wastes 6 hours. Most are to busy to waste that much time unless there was something there.

The Judge would have dismissed the case in the first hour if there wasn't something there. Since she didn't one must assume there was something there for her to think about. She sure as shit wouldn't have wasted 6 hours of her time for nothing.
