There is literally NEVER a national election where vote counting finishes on election day. States don't even start certifying their count until a week after. Here we are a week and a half after, know how many states have certified their count? Of course you don't. Delaware, Oklahoma, South Dakota, South Carolina and Vermont. That's it. All the rest are still counting. They have until December 8 to do that.
