The reason? Because the state allowed drop boxes for mail-in ballots. Seriously. That's their reason. They claim drop boxes were not specifically authorized by the Wisconsin legislature, therefore drop boxes were "new law", therefore all votes put in them were illegal, and therefore the whole election has to be nullified.
