Trump removed from Colorado ballot

There will be a direct appeal from that State’s highest court to the SCOTUS.
USSC recently made a big decision that you loved letting states decide things.

My bet is they let Colorado decide this. And then the domino effect takes over for the remaining 49.

Nothing in the 14th references President other than an elector of President.

Section 3
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State ...

The President is not an officer, as he commissions all officers.

The President holds the Executive office

You mean there is still more left he hasn't sold out or fucked up yet?

Look moron, just how do you figure Trump sold the country out when it is Biden who has done all of the harm? Things were never better while Trump was in, no one can say that about Joe Bedpan - America's WORST EVER president.
Hey moron, remember this sellout of America by trump and when he ordered all recording devices not be present for his personal talks with Putin?....yeah he sold you out!!!!

Trump sides with Putin over US intelligence

Trump’s statements amounted to an unprecedented refusal by a US president to believe his own intelligence agencies over the word of a foreign adversary and drew swift condemnation from across the partisan divide.

He is not an officer. It says nothing about 'Executive office' in the 14th.

There is a recent Supreme Court opinion discussing the scope of the Constitution's "Officers of the United States"-language. In Free Enter. Fund v. Pub. Co. Accounting Oversight Bd. (2010), Chief Justice Roberts observed that "[t]he people do not vote for the 'Officers of the United States.'"

Rather, "officers of the United States" are appointed exclusively pursuant to Article II, Section 2 procedures. It follows that the President, who is an elected official, is not an "officer of the United States."

How long have you been a fascist?

??

You're not going to win with the same old shit. People are fed up with that. So fed up that they're will to turn to an unhinged fascist to get rid of you.
Maybe you live in Breckenridge idk.

If the shoe fits we are going to talk about it.

Is it fair to say if Josef Stolen actually got 81 million votes not long ago, that the party of millionaires that like to fuck kids wouldn't be worried about keep President Trump off a ballot?

It's rhetorical.

That argument is dead. Politely, I advise you to carefully read the decision per Office of the President and the Electors who choose them.

Straight to SCOTUS who will almost certain observe that since DJT has not been indicted or convicted for insurrection, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled wrongly.

The big story being that they ruled this way at all.

This is a big deal as it shows that the Colorado SC is a biased group that has no business being there.
