You are apparently mixing up issues here. Whether the government lets people in or not is not the decision of the countries of those people.
Opening the borders for them will cause more to come. And that issue was hot also before the Venezuelan crisis.

In his conversation with Musk Trump said he will go to Venezuela to meet with Musk because it is saver there. He claims Venezuela is sending their violent criminals to the US and other countries to lower the county´s crime rate.

• This is bullshit of course. The mass exodus of Venezuelans is a product mainly of Trump´s foreign policy, his siege of the country
• Trump will not be allowed to enter Venezuela unless it is to discuss his new friendly policy with Mr. Maduro
• Trump won´t be save. If he manages to enter the country the mob will lynch him
