Trump speaks @8 PM Tuesday after NY indictment:

Again, what are his 34 felony charges?

I sound like a broken record, but again,.. what are his 34 felony charges?
Bragg doesn't know yet, making up charges out of thin air will be for later. He just wanted to convince gullible simps to authorize the indictment so he could arrest Trump. It's sort of like hating a man soooo bad, that you'll have him arrested for rape. Then after you've arrested him, slandered his name, put his mugshot in the local papers, only then do you see if you can find a someone who will say they were raped.

And 34 felony charges from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg prove it.
No, Michael Cohen, Rudy Giuliani, Stormy Daniels and Michael Avenatti proved it.
Of course being in Trump's cult, you believe your dear leader.
So, why isn't Trump suing them?

Looking at the charges ... Trump is in deep, deep doodoo. Bragg has his balls in a vice. Hence the rage-weeping from the Trump cult losers.

No, it's not an unusual prosecution. Anyone saying it is -- that is, the Trump cult traitors -- are lying for the glory of fascism again. Bragg's office has prosecuted 30 defendents in 151 cases for the same thing. In this case, _not_ prosecuting would be the actions of a political hack, thus it's what all the Trump cult losers want.

Cohen is guilty of perjury, lying to congress, so his word is totally worthless as hearsay. Stormy Daniels has also lied and flip-flopped, so her word is also worthless. Michael Avinatti was also indicted for perjury, so what good is his word?

So? Those lies were on behalf of his boss, Trump.
Darn, just like Roger Stone.
But Trump pardoned him.

They have corroborated Cohen's testimony with other witnesses.
Stormy Daniels has also lied and flip-flopped, so her word is also worthless.
So, she was under the assumption that Trump's NDA, was legit.
Turns out, it was as worthless, as Trump is.

Avenatti has what to do with............ANYTHING?

There is a high probability that the DA knows not to build a case around the verbal testimony of a single individual. Which is a mindset some like to propose. But the probability is that after months and months of investigations, subpoenas, and Grand Jury testimony there will be multiple corroborating testimonies and a very precise paper trail.

The evidence against Trump will be presented in court and will likely include::
  • Personal testimony by Allen Weissenberg (Sp?) Chief Financial Officer for the Trump Organization
  • Personal testimony by David Pecker (AMI Media?) owner of the National Enquirer involved in the "catch-n-kill" process
  • Personal testimony by Michael Cohen Trump personal attorney at the time
  • Probably testimony by others involved (staff, assistants, accountants, etc.)
  • Audio recordings that Cohen made of Trump
  • Texts
  • Emails
  • Travel documents
  • Phone records
  • Invoices
  • Checks
  • Business ledger entries
  • Contemporaneous notes
  • etc.

I seriously doubt that is the case was this tight, that this idiot DA would have added one felony count for each time Trump's company paid Cohen's monthly salary.

Cohen wasn’t an employee and therefore wasn’t paid a salary.

Cohen invoiced legal bills for no services and was paid out of accounts payable when no work was performed.

If the Trump Organization had hired him and made him a VP for $1,000,000 year then there would have been no exposure for Trump in paying the salary. Instead they attempted to launder the money and got caught (allegedly).

Also. Load a firearm with buckets, murder five people. Are you charged with one murder or five.

Go from there branches of the same bank and rob them. Are you charged with one bank robbery or 3?

All that could be written off as as a retainer if there was some kind of attempt to obfuscate.

The Soros funded DA that is letting robbers and rapists run willy nilly in NY is grasping at straws with this thing.

This is Stalin-level shit in America, and it should not stand.
