Trump will be going in for a pre-sentenceing interview, Monday. The interview will be done by the probation department who will oversee Trump post conviction.
The probation department will make a sentencing recommendation.
All indicates Trump will receive probation
except
determination of whether or not this particular defendant is amenable to supervision. Are they going to accept the strictures of being on probation? There’s a set of rules, some of which are dictated by state regulation. And some of which are tailored specifically to each defendant

If Trump indicates he will follow the rules, probation is a no brainer.
If Trumpis defiant, he is putting hiself in a situation jail time or home confinement could be recommended
