After Governor Ron Desantis passed the 6th week abortion law, Trump has said nothing.

So much for the straight shooting politician who says what he thinks and doesn't look at polls before making a decision of something.

Maybe Trump supporters in this thread can tell me how many weeks into pregnancy Trump considers it murder.

I would also like to know your personally view on baby murder on this context. Thanks.

Trump is too smart to get into the abortion debate. Abortion is a State issue, not a federal issue, since the Constitution did not give that authority to the Federal government..
Trump as President would nominate federal judges who would make rulings on abortion.
This isn't just a state issue. Do you think Roe and Dobbs were state cases?

Trump doesn’t give a damn about women’s rights and couldn’t care less about women who discover they are “in trouble” with an unwanted pregnancy. He has always valued women primarily as sex objects or appendages to massage his ego. Unfortunately for him, now of course he must also consider them as voters.

Trump’s lack of principles was shown by the complete switch he made in his position on abortion rights when he decided to seek the presidency and build his brand among Republicans and Republican evangelicals. The OP is right to point out Trump’s cynical hypocrisy and the sick quality of the Trump Party’s alliance with anti-abortion “Christian morality.”

Abortion is a no win campaign issue for Republicans.

Trump already nominated pro-life justices. That worked out well. The abortion issue is where it belongs.

Even RBG said RvW was wrongly decided, Dobbs sent it back to the states where it belongs.

So you and Dr. Gosnell approve of chopping up babies as they emerge, aka a "partial birth abortion".

You are one sick fuck.

Trump will say whatever gets him the most cheers at a rally.

Perhaps you need to see the agendas of long-term Democratic Politicians that turned into Very Liberal Politicians that turned into what is right now Progressive Socialist politicians.

Any mention of abortion by a Republican candidate is a campaign killer. The MSM and Democrats will hammer that person into submission.

Abortion is a no win campaign issue for Republicans.

If they adjust to a 15 week limit in most States, and only push for the 6 week or stricter limits in the States where it works they can adjust to the situation far easier than the abortion on demand to the last second types can.

"I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate)"-- Joe Biden's Daughter, not Russian disinformation

Then that is what he should say.

Republicans should focus on the economy and avoid issues that hurt their candidacy.

They have to take a position on it. Mine would be "I think 15 weeks works, but I leave it to the States to sort out. No federal legislation.

They can have a position on it but should focus on the economy and crime prevention.
