Why would you describe the act as "rape"? "Rape" has such a negative connotation to it. It's use only serves to paint these two dreamers in a negative light. It was really just "surprise sex". There's no need to villainize two innocent kids who were merely exploring their fellow classmates sexuality with such a derogatory term.

Schools are required to educate illegals so holds SCOTUS but I don't know if at that age
