Another fishing expedition in the works since there have been ZERO indications of laws being violated. The link states:

A federal judge in Washington, D.C. has ordered the White House to turn over 20 emails directly relating to President Donald Trump’s decision to withhold congressionally appropriated military aid from Ukraine. The administration has refused to produce the communications thus far, claiming the documents are protected from public release by executive privilege.

A decision he changed in a few weeks, fully complying with the Congressionally Appropriated Military Aid package (with additional military hardware) within the Fiscal year of its passage. You guys are running on nothing..... as usual.

He released the funds when he'd been caught red handed. I'm not overly impressed. What the committee wants is the evidence that Trump withheld it and why. If Trump was not withholding the money until he got Zelensky's cooperation, he's got nothing to worry about, does he?

Of course, it's entirely possible that Trump is crafty enough to keep any such admission out of an email. In his private business he forbade email communication (kind of unusual, don't you think?). But not all of those emails were from him. Did others know to hide what was going on? Hopefully we will find out.

Wasn't there already a failed impeachment attempt about this?

President Trump was totally vindicated and acquitted.

Which we knew before it happened was going to be the case in the Republican held Senate. It was a totally partisan acquittal and means nothing to justice.

Of course I do. And everyone knew it was going to be the case. Fox admitted it, every single conservative admitted it--they knew that no matter what Trump did, they had no intention of convicting him.

And, no matter the fact that the House had, and produced no evidence, the Democrats were going to bring charges.

I watched the hearing. All of it. They had plenty of evidence. Closing your eyes to it does not make it go away. You should be defending America, not a miserable political agenda. America stands by the strength of her leaders. A leader that abuses his authority the way Trump has is not only an embarrassment, it leaves the obvious question: What ELSE is he up to? He has the morals of a sewer rat and only another sewer rat can't see that.

You're right. Every blessed Republican in the House opposed the Articles of Impeachment. It was the first time a President was impeached with no votes by his own party. The Republicans are consistent, if not ethical.
