Looking up info on Japan's big quake the other day, I see this.
" 3 hours ago 5.5 Off the coast of Oregon Map
7 hours ago 5.8 Off the coast of Oregon"
There's a worrisome fault off the coast there thought to have the potential to create an earthquake-generated tsunami that'd basicly inundate the Seattle area.
Generally, a quake'd have to be in the 7.5+ range to cause a tsunami of any significance. But a couple mid 5s could be precursor type quakes, especially within 4 hours of one another.
