6. Highest level of gov't dependence on record
7 Smallest military since before WW2
8.Worst Supreme Court appointments in history
9. Most lawless administration ever
10. Most failed economic policy since WW2 (the stimulus).

That's quite an achievement. Imagine what he could do with two more terms!
