Serious arms & speech restrictions still exist. As a matter of fact Trump banned bump stocks for guns. You can't have mortars, grenades, full auto guns, short barrels, fighter jet, nukes, tanks, etc.

There is no freedom of speech in the police state USA. Tell state secrets like Edward Snowden, yell fire in a crowded theater, libel or slander someone, incite a riot or terrorism, threaten to kill the president, protest without permit, say the wrong thing to police, jury or a judge & you will discover that there is no such thing as freedom of speech. "Anything you say can & will be used AGAINST YOU" (not for you) The only right you have is to remain silent.

If only 1 percent of the population resists that is over 3 million. the military is nowhere near that in numbers and your claim that 30 percent have all the firearms means I suspect a lot more then 1 percent would resist if pushed far enough.
