Why? It does not look like Putin will get control of the Ukraine government, as it cannot control the major populated cities. Whatever records they have, look safe.

I think that the last few that I bought were registered upon purchase. Modern Texas and all that.

Maybe you have the rest of the world confused with the greatest Country that guarantees the right to keep and bear arms in an amendment to the Constitution. There is no evidence that Ukraine citizens ever had the right to register a firearm.
