Actually, Ukrainian president became a president after Obama and his bosses overthrew the legitimate president of Ukraine, elected democratically and recognized by all the world leaders. Ukrainian current president is controlled by Obama's bosses and is not supposed to have his own opinion. His only two tasks are: to harm Russia as much as possible (ideally, to turn my home country of Ukraine into anti-Russia) and to decrease the population of Ukraine. And since 2014 he's been pretty darn good at it. Otherwise Obama's bosses would replace him with some other puppet.
