UNdisputed fact about Malaysian flight: plane was purposely redirected over WAR zone

It has already been established that there is NO EVIDENCE that Putin or Russia or Rebels downed the flight, it is all speculation. But there IS UNDISPUTED EVIDENCE that plane was derailed by Kiev to fly over a war zone where several of their own military planes have been shot down by rebels in the days and weeks prior to this.
NEITHER RUSSIA NOR THE Ukraine SEPARATISTS had the ability to order air traffic control to shift the path of the Malaysian flight
Why will Kiev not release air traffic control tapes and why is there no buzz on the main scream media about this?
