Utube--Website crashes in front of Sebelious while promoting Obamacare

The below video is today, November 20, 2013 of Kathleen Sebelious in a hospital in Florida promoting Obamacare--with people on computers trying to access it.

Now someone tell me after watching, what did we just pay $650 million for? They've had 3 years to build this Federal web-site and still no one can get on it. Most notably that the 13 states that elected to do their own Obamacare exchanges are working just fine.
