It'd be a sure win. Your statement is in error. Abortions are still allowed there as long as they occur before a fetal heart beat is detectable. That's about 6 weeks, on average. I've heard the rhetoric about a woman not knowing she's pregnant that soon but it still isn't the same as "outlawing abortion".
