This time I wake.up.at 4 am rather than 3 am, an extra hoir of sleep. This on top of a substantial drop in energy. Yet, the damn specialist doesn't return my voice messages. This is the great Canadian healthcare a year later. No wonder our allies don't trust us.

I drank a big glass of water as soon as I woke up. This has been going on for over a year, some nights worse than others. It's really frustrating that our healthcare system is not a healthcare system at all.

I cant do surgery on my brain if I have an aneurysm. You live in a nation with healthcare options, you don't live in a system in which the state controls ones life.from.the cradle.to the grave.
