Between the two videos we KNOW that he was standing there, perhaps not listening to the police, but he was simply STANDING there. Shortly thereafter he was tackled by one of the two hulking cops and taken to the ground, where BOTH of them subdued him, while one of them pumped 4 to 5 bullets point blank in his chest.
