The RNC chairman Reince Priebus knows the Party needs the support of minority voters to win elections. The GOP cannot promise minorities the welfare programs they want so we must convince them it is God's will that they quit have so many children out of wedlock and that they find jobs instead of ruining our country making children they can't afford. Teaching them to pray for God's guidance when they feel tempted to have sex will help them to stop sinning and become productive conservatives. Once they have been shown the errors in their ways even the ignorant blacks and mexicans could change and stop ruining this country.
