Claiming the ability to control the very climate on planet Earth through microvariations in an atmospheric trace element, a claim that has never once been proven or even demonstrated, Obama declared a fatwa against 99.99999% of the real estate in the USA. See, existing buildings, that is, private property is the main culprit in fake, phony discreted "climate change" or whatever they call it today.

This "settled science" is so fake, so phony that their last major report said that the oceans absorb 93% of the warming or whatever they call it today. Even using the logic of their fake phony failed discredited cult rants, buildings are less than a rounding error in "climate global change warming"

i agree, living in the next town over for ten years, i was very aware of the blight, on the community, and the constitution.
susette kelo doesn't live there, they moved her house across town (rather bizarre). she will tell you that the upshot is that many states changed their laws, to make forced seizure of property from private to private, to make the process more difficult. the court should have left this alone, and defined natural born instead.
pfizer moved across the thames river, as far as i know the river front tract remains untouched, it's where i bought my lobster.

It is an issue that needs to be seriously discussed and neither party is really interested in having that conversation. Republicans in Congress have become more vocal? So the fuck what?
