He lied again to congress when he stated that he wasn't a surrogate of the Trump campaign, when clearly he was. Hillary Clinton secretary of state is going to be meeting with Russian officials. Bill Clinton POTUS most certainly would be meeting with high level Russian officials, and at that time they weren't hacking into the RNC databases to destroy their political opposition.
