We No Longer Have the Flu

Did we just rename it to a COVID variant so we could make the pandemic look worse than it really is? Last I heard, approx 800,000 Americans have died of COVID over the past almost 2 years. I wonder many actually died of influenza, or something else altogether. Are the powers that be deliberately lying to us about this whole pandemic thing for political purposes? And how many other Americans are wondering the same thing?

And after you consider that, ask yourself how long can we as a society continue down this road where more and more people do not trust their gov't or the powers that be?

We all know this is true, but was this a slip of the tongue. Did she do a Biden?

She is either misinformed or is attempting to misinform. Early this week, we had a case of the flu reported. The only reason the Flu is not running full blast right now is that masking, 6 feet, etc. prevents the flu. It quickly runs out of benefactors. But it's not dead. It's quietly waiting until Covid passes and here it comes again.

Masking prevents flu but not COVID.

So, all these recommendations/mandates stopped the flu but has been useless against covid

Covid cell is less than 2.5 microns while the flu cell is over 3 microns, closer to 5. Some as simple as a mask stops the flue from being spread but it takes a real N95 mask to stop Covid and many of the so called masks aren't really N95s. What the mask or face covering does for Covid is to stop you from coughing and projecting the bulk of it. Even the 6ft distance stops most of it. But not always. But you are better off with the mask and the distance when indoors.
