Conservative means Anti-Federalist in it's core sense. It use to just be Federalists vs. Anti-Federalists.

But over time it's adapted like the Constitution wrote it will adapt. The basic principle IMO is "The least Government Necessary". Note that some Government is necessary, as stated in the Constitution. It's up to We The People to determine what laws are necessary and which ones aren't. Every opinion matters in America. When someone states, "You can't think that", THEY are the tyranny. The people have free will, freedom, the right to think.

Being a conservative is mostly bad, but has some good. Being republican is pretty much all bad.

Some republicans are racist; some are sexist; some are homophobic. Most of them are pretty dumb and willfully ignore factual information.

That depends on what is meant by 'conservative.'

Barry Goldwater, William F. Buckley conservative, or Ted Cruz, TPM fearful, reactionary conservative.

And 'conservative' and 'republican' are in no way synonymous.

I don't. The Republican party is where conservatives fall under and the Democratic party is where liberals fall under though.
