Hitler was also a social conservative in many ways. Mussolini, Franco (i.e. the pro-Nazi Germany, Spanish fascist dictator), Pinochet, and several others were social conservatives. A fascist can be a socialist when it comes to economics, but socially they lean to the right. They're not pro-LGBTQ+, they're not pro-willy-nilly abortion, they're not pro-feminism..etc.
