Obama and the CIA have created a death list that is well known.
That death list was used to target AMERICAN citizens, no matter how low some they were still AMERICANS and Obama had them killed without DUE PROCESS. Even the son of one of them was targeted and KILLED and he could not have been more innocent.
For the murder of at least 3 Americans and at the very least manslaughter of the 16 year old boy, Obama is guilty of high crime.
The excuses that the left will give, and sadly many on the right, for not prosecuting Obama. Those targeted took up arms against the US. While this may or may not be true the way guilt in AMERICA is determined is through DUE PROCESS. Not by the whim of the President or the CIA, the same CIA that the left vilified for torture, but mostly they vilified Bush. I guess the left's reasoning is that it is OK to outright kill a person, and anyone innocent or not in the vicinity, but damn don't use enhanced interrogation techniques to try and save lives. The 5th amendment was meant for nothing else but to protect AMERICAN citizens against such actions by the government.
Another excuse that the left will give for the killing of the 16 year old is that he should have had a better father. How sick is that?
By any chance are you old enough to remember when we had as President a guy named George Bush? He was President before Obama.
He and his Congress gave us the famous "Patriot Act" after 9/11. You should look it up, read it and see what, by law, the American police/military is able to do to ANY American citizen if it is determined that they are terrorists or associated with terrorists.
I was hating this legislation when it was proposed. And I hate it that Obama has utilized it and expanded it. But it was a Republican that gave it to us.
Quote the part about killing an innocent 16 year old, or any American in disregard to their Constitutional rights?
What you say may be absolutely true and may be a reason we need to change that law. Impeachment would certainly be a catalyst to change. Unless you are comfortable giving the same power to someone that is not in your party.
What problem do you have with due process? Why, even if in compliance with the Patriot Act, do you have with having at least a kangaroo court? We ALL should be alarmed and up in arms about this. If Bush would have done the same I would be saying exactly the same thing. Someone needs to challenge the notion that the government can kill anyone they want at any time in court. My belief is that the SCOTUS would stop that practice in it tracks by a 9-0 decision, the 5th amendment is pretty clear.
