Do you completely put it past the Dems? Or what if enough Senators simply vote to convict? What happens then?

It would mark the end of the Republic for certain.

I think the Dems would do it. And I think they would get away with it.
But then, many of you have far more faith in the Dems and the process I'm sure.

Michael Cohen is in jail for committing multiple felonies through violating campaign finance laws.

Donald Trump is named in the same criminal suit as an unindicted co-conspirator.

Robert Mueller‘s report says that once Trump leaves office he’s open to criminal charges.

And currently his foundation is under criminal investigation.

Plus there’s already 14 ongoing criminal investigations from the Mueller report that Republicans keep calling a failure.

37 criminal indictments, most of trumps campaign staff in prison, Trump is desperate to win a second term because if he loses, he could end up in prison.

No Democrat is going to pardon him for all his crimes.
