No, Trump made the agreement. And General Mattis called it a surrender areement. Trump made a deal to release 5,000 taliban prisoners. But Biden gets blamed for the deaths caused by the prisoners Trump agreed to release.

Well, the terrorist attack that killed soldiers isn’t Biden’s fault. Terrorism does that. If you’re going to hold Biden accountable for that, you’re going to have to hold every president who had troops over in the ME accountable for every IED, every truck bomb, etc...
