What will be the impact of Manafort's guilty verdict?

If he is covicted, the left will have a collective circle-jerk. If not, they will go even batshit crazier.

Oh and wait for the excuses if he's found innocent.

They sure seem to think he's something to worry about when the rest of the country couldn't care less.

Manafort worked for the Trump campaign for what, three months??

For the UNeducated......

Manafort worked on the Trump campaign for five crucial months in 2016 and was its chairman from May through August 2016, when he resigned (was NOT fired by the orange clown) under pressure. Plus, the relationship between Trump and Manafort goes back much further.....to the 1980s.

Comey and Rosenstien told Trump on multiple occasions that he was not a target of an investigation. Trump has nothing to worry about.

It is downright insane for Manafort to NOT be found guilty.....There's a long paper record of Manafort cheating on his tax returns (tax evasion)....and a paper trail of him cheating on bank loan applications (bank fraud.).....Mindful that this trial is the Virginia one, and that there's another pending in D.C.

So, what will be the impact of Trump's former campaign director having to spend a good part of his remaining life expectancy in prison?....

Remember, that during the campaign, Trump said he would hire “top, top people” and would fill his administration “with only the best and most serious people.”

AND, also remember that besides Manafort, we have Flynn and Page and Papadapolous and, Pruitt and Price, etc.....

Will Trump EVER take responsibility for his atrocious picks and vetting processes???

How is this related to Russian collusion again?

Exactly.

That's because the lefties think Manafort has something to do with Trump

Who the fuck picked Manafort to be his campaign manager???
Imagine,,,just IMAGINE if Obama had picked such a corrupt crook to lead his campaign.................LOL

Yeah, Obama would NEVER be stupid enough to pick a tax cheat for an important position, like campaign worker, or head of the Treasury....

Oops.

If Manafort is convicted and found guilty, what do you think are the chances that Trump will pardon him?

The longer the jury is out, the less slam dunk this case is.

Well the longer the jury takes means there is much they want to talk over.

If he's convicted then he heads to jail.

Most people couldn't care less about Manafort. The only ones who seem to care are the lefty idiots on this board.
That's because the lefties think Manafort has something to do with Trump and Russia.

I can't believe they would be that stupid.

The leftie idiots have got to be stark staring crazy.
If Manafort is convicted and found guilty, what do you think are the chances that Trump will pardon him?

None.

Pretty Fun - NO?

AUGUST 15, 2018

Day 12: Closing arguments and jury instructions

Both sides presented closing arguments to the jury. Prosecutors said Manafort was a serial liar and that they should review the “overwhelming” amount of evidence and documents to convict him on all counts. Defense attorneys blamed Manafort’s deputy Rick Gates for many of the alleged crimes and claimed Manafort was the victim of “selective” prosecution by the special counsel. Later, for nearly two hours, the judge gave the jury its formal instructions, which included a caveat to ignore arguments about prosecutors’ motives in charging Manafort.

For the first time, jurors saw pictures of the $15,000 ostrich jacket, $18,000 python jacket, and other high-end clothes Manafort purchased using foreign wire transfers. They will also debate the testimony of Rick Gates, Manafort's former deputy who admitted to embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars. And they can pore over reams of emails, tax forms and financial documents that prosecutors say are the "star witness" in their case.

This judge was an asshole - which is it would appear is his reputation - but hopefully there isn't a lone Orangeling Loyalist that'll pitch a big ol' monkey wrench!

PS: I want a GD 18k Python Jacket - You can send it to me through Amazon Prime. GOD Bless 'Murica!!

Wait just a minute there Dirt Claud - America doesn't care about Russian investigation and the fact that Donald's campaign manager and ally for FIVE MONTHS had NOTHING to do with ANYTHING?

Piss off and stay tuned ;)

We’ve already established it wasn’t 5 months

So.....guilt by association eh? A better question is what will you do if the verdict is "innocent"?

You ARE who you surround yourself with......

And IF Manafort gets an "innocent" verdict.......We can ALL claim that not paying taxes and defrauding banks is PERFECTLY OK now....LOL
