Not a chance. Obama will just issue a pardon and say something about "ending a political witch hunt so we can get on with the election" or "baseless accusations, but we need to get past this once and for all" or something to that effect.

She's juiced in and there's no benefit to Obama to let her swing.

They are under no obligation to prosecute, even if the law says they have an obligation to prosecute.

And if a mere citizen sues to compel the government to prosecute, the courts will throw it out and say the mere citizen has no standing.

We're not a nation of laws, regardless of what we tell school kids. We're a Banana Republic with the illusion that we're not.
