When antigunners push for mental evaluations before you can retain your right to keep and bear arms

A psychiatrist who's never had one session with the president giving his opinion of the mental state of the president. This is a practice that a majority psychiatrists have suggested that it not be done.
Which brings me to the point So I'm supposed to hand my rights over to an antigunner because he has a piece of paper on the wall that the state approves of regardless that he may have imputed his personal opinion in his evaluation?
