I think Obama's going to ride Hillary dirty until she's out. He wants his mindless zombie sock puppet in (Biden) in to continue his fundamental transformation of the USA into a poor, desperate nation that 75% of people no longer feel is a great nation. The 25% are clearly lifelong Progressive inter-generational parasites.

Biden is a known quantity so he can announce anytime that he's ready to be the Creepy Aqualung uncle leading America to yet more food stamps and people out of the workforce

Biden may be needed to pardon Hillary as well as Obama. I think a lot of calculating and horse swapping is going on right now. If Hillary implodes, Biden will be the nominee. If he loses the election, Obama will resign to let him issue pardons a la Ford/Nixon.
